Requirements

• 6+ years as an individual contributor and 2+ years managing engineering teams. • You see success through the growth, morale, and performance of your team. • Skilled at delivering and receiving feedback, even in tough conversations. • Proven success managing remote teams in an agile environment. • Strong technical background that enables you to support your team through complex challenges.
