Magazine's top 50 places to work and a prestigious Smart CEO Magazine Corporate Culture Award. ā€¢ As an IT Junior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly.

Requirements

ā€¢ Provide Support to all company Departments with BYOD Devices ā€¢ Remotely onboarding and Offboarding employees following protocols ā€¢ Build and Validate SOPs ā€¢ Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat ā€¢ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, software applications, and hardware ā€¢ Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including password management, license control, and device management ā€¢ Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including network connectivity and routing problems ā€¢ Support Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based services ā€¢ Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues ā€¢ Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry ā€¢ Collaborate and manage vendor relations ā€¢ Remote fulltime availability 5-day work week (Mon-Fri in Eastern Time Mon-Fri 10-5 PM with 01 hour lunch ā€¢ Availability for a few hours over weekends on demand basis ā€¢ Bring Your Own Device: You need to have a computer matching our requirements ā€¢ 3-5 years' experience of IT support &/or administration ā€¢ Experience working in a fast pace, high scaling startup environment ā€¢ Technical experience including but not limited to: Microsoft Azure, Password Management (Keeper), Operating System Trouble Shooting, Office 365, ATERA, AnyDesk, AWS Basics ā€¢ Customer first orientation, proactive approach to problem solving, detail oriented and self-driven ā€¢ Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
