📋 Description

• As a Sales Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives as the technical lead throughout the sales process. • Leveraging your expertise in cellular connectivity, embedded systems design, TCP/IP networks, and IoT, you will proactively push deals forward and develop solutions around Hologram’s products. • This role reports to the VP of Sales. • Lead the technical pre-sales relationship by providing guidance on technical architecture. • Act as a subject matter expert for Hologram's full product suite who can communicate Hologram's technical value proposition. • Provide prospects with end-to-end IoT expertise including hardware selection. • Assist with and drive resolution for technical support issues that arise during pre-sales and pilot phase. • Maintain a high level of expertise in IoT technologies and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and deploying embedded systems or IoT devices • Proven expertise in cellular connectivity, cellular certifications, AT commands, radio modules, and modems • Experience in IoT professional services or consulting advising clients on IoT product development and design • Experience with TCP/IP based protocols and networking principals • Experience selling complex technical, developer-facing products (ex. networking products, embedded systems hardware products, data products, and APIs) • Experience with enterprise technical sales cycles that require coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate, up-to-date project plans (MAPs) and clear launch guidance.
