• As a recruiter, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various job positions within The Trevor Project. • You will represent Trevor to potential candidates, showcasing our values, culture, and opportunities for growth. • You will rely on data to make informed decisions throughout the recruitment process. • By analyzing and interpreting relevant data, you will gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of different recruitment strategies. • You will proactively plan and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent requirements. • Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications. • Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation. • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations. • Develop search strategies focused on industry and market research, diversity in the talent pool, target companies and ideal candidate profiles. • Serve as an advisor to business leaders and hiring managers to execute the talent strategy and selection of candidates. • Enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring managers. • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Management to ensure smooth on-boarding of new employees as they transition from a “candidate” to an “employee”. • Conduct market research to identify relevant talent and recruit them for opportunities while providing a high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. • Experience with high-volume recruiting • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Demonstrated successful planning and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to multitask and work well within tight timelines • Proven ability to work, communicate, and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels, both internally and externally • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work • Demonstrated commitment to fostering and maintaining an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging • Experience with Lever or other ATS systems; experience with CRM or similar candidate management systems • Comfortable corresponding with candidates and hiring managers via phone call, video call, Slack and email • Commitment to acting as a brand ambassador for Trevor and our mission
