Be You. • Join the Access family and see how we make software ideas become a reality! • Our core values of ‘love work, love life’ have been central to our success. • Looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals for account management. • Work with a dynamic team involved in key customer relationships. • Chance to grow, contribute to a supportive team, and make an impact. • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Customers’ business & identify upsell & cross opportunities. • Manage a portfolio of existing customers to build relationships & drive Customer Satisfaction. • Achieve a sales target for software licenses, annual software maintenance, and annual consultancy targets. • Prepare & deliver your own customer proposals with support from the pre-sales team. • Manage the end-to-end pipeline building & sales process from RFI, RFP, presentation, negotiation, and contracting. • Support the marketing and customer engagement – e.g. webinars, events, case study creation. • Use the Access toolset to maximize customer engagement and provide regular reporting. • Ability to work dynamically and at pace as new products or acquisitions are added.

🎯 Requirements

• A motivated self-starter, who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never give up attitude & entrepreneurial spirit. • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, ideally within construction or SaaS/software industries. • Exposure to working in a larger IT or technology company, or an interest in developing skills in a fast-paced, growing organization. • Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team. • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a strong ability to prioritize effectively. • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts. • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, written and presentations. • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation. • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients. • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team. • Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, social selling, or market mapping is a plus.
