📋 Description

• Join the Access family to make software ideas a reality. • The Access Group provides business management software for small and mid-sized organizations. • As a Sales Engineer, you will help customers solve complex challenges with technical solutions. • You’ll work with clients to translate their business needs into technical solutions. • Customize software demonstrations and prepare tailored workflows. • Conduct client presentations and engage in compelling demonstrations. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support sales efforts. • Lead solution configuration and configure software based on client specifications. • Drive discovery processes to understand client challenges. • Support RFPs and assist with technical questions during the bidding process. • Create video content for digital sales and promotional materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. • Strong general software, IT, and construction knowledge. • Financial experience is especially desirable. • Strong ability to understand and articulate how technology can solve complex business problems. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach to overcoming technical and business challenges. • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage effectively across various internal teams and with clients. • Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or software implementation role, ideally within the technology or SaaS space. • Experience in construction, accounting/finance, or similar industries is highly desirable. • Familiarity with RFP processes and creating technical responses. • Knowledge of IT systems, technical infrastructure, and software integration. • Ability to create engaging video content and other sales materials to support digital marketing strategies.
