🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred, but not required. • 3-5 years experience in accounting roles or similar field. • 1-year experience in supervisory roles, such as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Lead Accountant positions. • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures. • Experience with financial statement preparation. • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/ year-end close process. • Solid knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite preferred but not required. • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel. • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems preferred, but not required. • Strong understanding of internal controls. • Experience in multi-entity consolidations a plus.
