β’ 4+ years of experience in account management or client services in the digital advertising industry β’ Proven track record of delivering outstanding, white glove client service β’ Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills β’ Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships β’ Solid understanding of digital media measurement and tracking, with the ability to analyze data and optimize performance β’ Experience in strategic media planning β’ Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and excel in high-pressure environments β’ Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively β’ Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Ad Ops, Marketing, and Product β’ Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems
