Description

• Unique opportunity to join a dynamic in-house litigation team responsible for government investigation and healthcare/commercial litigation. • Individual contributor role to support The Cigna Group in litigation matters. • Expected to independently develop, lead, and execute all facets of litigation management and strategy.

Requirements

• J.D. and active state bar membership(s) is required. • Minimum of 5-7 years of healthcare litigation experience at a top firm, with the federal government, and/or in-house is required. • White collar experience is required. • Experience with laws impacting pharmacy benefit management (PBM) companies is preferred. • Strong people skills. • Ability to present complex legal issues to non-lawyers. • Demonstrated good judgment. • Team focus. • Learning agility and intellectual curiosity. • Willingness to take on difficult projects. • Willingness to travel occasionally.
