• Provide legal and regulatory support related to mental health parity requirements • Review and analyze state and federal mental health parity laws and regulations • Advise on their impact to business strategies and operations • Handle complex regulatory audits, inquiries, and investigations • Collaborate with business units to support parity compliance programs
Requirements
• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school/Bar membership required • At least 8 years’ experience at a reputable law firm, large health care corporation or relevant government agency • Expert experience with MHPAEA • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated contributor with an execution mindset • Strong analytical skills and intellectual rigor • Strong listening, influencing and interpersonal skills • Ability to reassess priorities in real-time
