• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, particularly in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration. • Background in healthcare industry preferred. • 7+ years in Digital Strategy Development and/or Execution or Product Strategy. • 5+ years in Customer Focused or other key-constituent experience roles. • 5+ years in Project Management focusing on technology, large system integrations, and digital launches. • Experience in digital transformation and information management projects and programs. • Familiarity with big data solutions, data governance, and quality control. • Demonstrated ability to drive organization-wide initiatives.
