• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or equivalent discipline. • 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience. • Experience in developing and executing against marketing plans. • Ability to build collaborative and consultative relationships with sales and local market stakeholders. • Experience in balancing strategy within operational parameters. • Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presence. • Health care/Health insurance/Medicare experience preferred.
