Description

• Achieve pharmacy growth goals for US Commercial line of business • Develop novel approaches to win new clients • Collaborate with CIGNA executives on Pharmacy strategic growth • Invent strategies for innovative growth methodologies • Conduct market and technology research • Create and manage growth plans based on market knowledge • Provide counsel and advice on significant Business Development matters • Establish plans to grow segment-specific sales, revenue, and profit

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years applicable healthcare experience • 7+ years applicable pharmacy experience • Strong strategic thinking and self-motivation • Pharmacy Pricing experience a plus • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Strong relationship management skills • Ability to navigate an ever-changing landscape • Pharmacy expertise is essential • Strong background in integrated health benefits or commercial employer lines of business preferred
