Description

• Seeking a Digital Product Owner to transform health care experiences. • Align business and technology objectives for provider portals. • Lead cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and analysts to enhance user experience. • Communicate product vision and manage backlog effectively.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the healthcare industry. • Expertise in claims management, claims processing, appeals, and revenue cycle management workflows. • Strong understanding of claims processing workflows and industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS). • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, EDI transactions, and Agile development.
