Description

• Service and support existing and new contracted clients • Perform in-person and virtual presentations with leasing agents and property managers • Monitor our B2C referral pipeline and support B2B clients as their residents consider our services • Train clients on our products and ensure full understanding, helping to answer any questions via the phone, email, or in-person • Meet or exceed assigned quota & KPIs on a monthly basis • Collect customer feedback on product, process and pricing changes

Requirements

• You are a self-starter: able and excited to take initiative on what’s needed for your client • You are comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups - you can connect with a client and tell TheGuarantors story • You have previous L&D or training experience • You have 2+ years in a training or account management role • You have strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities and client requests
