• The Senior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) sells targeted promotions via outbound calls • ISRs maintain call volumes, talk time and sales quotas • Responsible for achieving sales objectives within assigned territories • Provides coverage across territories as needed • Communicates product and promotional information to authorized retailers • Generates sales and gains store placement • Fills distribution voids • Sells and maintains compliance for annual loyalty contracts • Uses analytic tools and dashboards • Manages small chains and responsible for annual planning • Builds and maintains business relationships with customer KDMs • Tracks feedback for planning future promotions and generating sales reports • Provides peer ride-alongs and participates in training of new hires • Engages in ongoing sales coaching and teamwork
