Requirements

β€’ Prior experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the retail or luxury goods sector. β€’ A genuine passion for coffee and high-end appliances, with a willingness to learn about our products. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. β€’ A customer-first mentality, with a dedication to providing exceptional service. β€’ Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. β€’ Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment. β€’ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
