Requirements

Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in the travel or aviation industry. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time and tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer applications. Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
