Description

• Join The House of Mercier as an E-Commerce Support Specialist in a remote position. • Provide exceptional customer support while developing skills in a fast-paced environment. • Assist customers with inquiries and ensure outstanding online shopping experience. • Engage with customers via email and live chat for e-commerce questions. • Help customers in the order process including product guidance and returns. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance. • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service strategies. • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge. • Contribute to a positive team environment while achieving individual goals.
