Description

• The Business Development Leader’s role is to be a player/coach in building The Instant Group’s new client base in the West. • This role will engage with prospective clients at a functional leader or C-suite level, identifying value to their businesses through our flexible workspace solutions and ensuring world class service.

Requirements

• Alignment with our company behaviours: Play To Win, Own Your Outcome, Solve It Together, Help Each Other Grow • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, real estate or related field • Proven sales leadership experience, meeting or exceeding targets to drive new business • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level • Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
