Description
• Theoria Medical seeks a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer for its Software Engineering team. • Responsibilities include test planning, execution, defect tracking, automation, and continuous improvement. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reporting on testing activities.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, QTP), and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation. • Methodologies: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile/Scrum practices. • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate defects and testing outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Tools: Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail). • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
