📋 Description

• Compile daily production reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned projects. • Maintain timekeeping records for project resources and ensure accurate reporting. • Communicate project details, training materials, and task instructions to Project Associates and crowd resources. • Address project-related issues at the resource level and escalate concerns as necessary. • Assist in updating Lean documentation to ensure process consistency and efficiency. • Collaborate with other Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Senior Program Managers to ensure smooth workflow coverage. • Respond to project ambiguities, changes, and updates from PMs and/or SPMs in a timely manner. • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflow. • Perform end-of-day (EOD) reporting to facilitate seamless handoffs across shifts. • Meet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to project execution. • Support ad hoc project-related tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

• College/University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Language Studies, or a related field. • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. • General knowledge of online communication and collaboration platforms.
