Description

• Sales of life sciences research consumables and instruments to the academic market. • Maintain and develop customer relationships (procurement and scientists) on short and long term. • Achieve sales targets set, both quarterly and annually. • Go for all existing and develop new sales opportunities within the territory to meet or achieve plan. • Focus on the strategic development of key accounts by implementing and updating account planning (cross-functions).

Requirements

• Education M.A./ M.Sc or equivalent experience, preferred bachelor’s degree in biology/life science field. • Experience in sales in the Life Sciences Market. • General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and customer segment required. • Analytical and business planning skills. • Distinct time management. • Strong capabilities to interface successfully with all customer types, face to face and virtually/via phone. • Ability to successfully contribute to dedicated team. • Demonstrates a positive demeanour and desire to succeed. • Strong self-motivation to find new business. • Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to evolving business environment. • Digital literacy in MS Office package required. • Valid driving license. • Proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal, additional languages are an advantage.
