• We are seeking a strategic Sr. Business Development Executive to join our Biotech East Sales team. • The ideal candidate will bring extensive service industry expertise across the Pharma/Biotech/CDMO sectors and will be adept at coordinating winning solutions and strategies tailored to our Biotech accounts while representing our organization's offerings. • This position involves developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth in the Biotech market segment. • Candidates should have experience leading and managing sophisticated deal structuring and negotiation processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of field sales or business development experience, specifically focused on multiple CDMO services (drug substance, drug product, and/or clinical pack/label) • Demonstrated success in cross-selling and handling complex deal structures • Strong communication and influencing skills • Proven track record of successfully competing in a highly competitive sales environment • Customer-centric approach • Continuous improvement mentality with the ability to drive innovation • Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and results • Travel to visit customers and showcase Thermo Fisher sites, not to exceed 50%
