•We’re Fluxon, a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders. •You’ll be responsible for building a foundation that enables us to help our clients succeed. •You’ll be responsible for: •Help define our company’s growth strategy •Open new and growing business lines for companies who need our services, including rolling up your sleeves to generate leads, conduct research, or anything else that can help grow new business •Build and maintain strong, caring, empathetic relationships by listening to our clients •Strive to deeply understand client needs and do the right thing, big or small, for everyone •Manage the entire business development cycle
🎯 Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience in a sales/business development role, preferably with experience selling to founders or tech leaders at large, enterprise companies •Passionate about growing Fluxon and partnering with world-leading brands and high-growth startups to help them succeed •Experience across the full business development lifecycle •Track record of successfully navigating complex technology solution sales •History of building strong relationships with key decision-makers •Has experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment
