• At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. • Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure. • Home to Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the only federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., Anchorage Digital also serves institutions through Anchorage Digital Singapore, Porto by Anchorage Digital, and other offerings. • The Business Development Specialist–Institutional Self Custody is responsible for driving client acquisition, fostering strategic relationships, and ensuring the successful adoption of the company’s self custody solutions. • Reporting to the Head of Custody, this role targets high-value institutional clients, including crypto-native ventures, DeFi platforms, and blockchain enterprises. • The Specialist will craft tailored pitches, execute pilots and proof of concept, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product-market fit and long-term client success. • We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Business Development Specialist role:

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 7 years in institutional sales, business development, or growth strategy in fintech, blockchain, or crypto markets. • Must-have experience in selling institutional crypto custody solutions, with a strong preference for self-custody • Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, institutional finance, and the operational needs of crypto-native enterprises. • Advance consultative selling, relationship management, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities for navigating complex client environments. • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with a focus on delivering results. • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
