Description

• Perform on-site installation, repair, and preventative maintenance services. • Meet customer expectations through excellence in repair and support of customers’ products. • Maintain communication with customers to ensure understanding of status, cost, and scheduling of the service event. • Provide rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ inquiries. • Must be proficient with the use of customer management software for service calls. • Schedule and deliver detailed preventative maintenance service to ensure maximum uptime of customer equipment. • Reviews reports and documentation from customers and inspects malfunctioning product to resolve nature and scope of problem. • Regularly attend factory provided technical and service training on newest and latest products. • Provide accurate and completion of quality training, service reports, expense reports, company provided car maintenance and mileage reporting.

Requirements

• Education Requirement is a BS degree in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience operating analytical equipment, i.e. mass spectrometry. • Must have valid driver license. • Ability to travel up to 80% overnight domestic travel. • Ability to work overtime and/or outside regular business hours. • Physical Requirements which can involve lifting up to 50 pounds or heavier with a team.
