β’ 8+ years experience in sales, preferably within a major company in the life sciences industry, with 2+ years in sales management strongly preferred. β’ Role model sales leader with ability to develop and motivate people at all levels. β’ Strong analytical skills: the ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and unit analysis. β’ Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with initiative and good business judgment. β’ Ability to travel up to 50%.
