β€’ Lead Water Analysis, Water Purification, and Industrial products Water Product Specialists to deliver bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share growth objectives. β€’ Partner with appropriate colleagues to develop the commercial sales plan in assigned territory and developing/implementing tactics to accomplish growth targets. β€’ Work closely with Business Unit product management teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of marketing and new product plans. β€’ Represents customer needs in the creation of new products and solutions. β€’ Lead sales forecast for the district using Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM platform. β€’ Work with channel partners to drive bookings and revenue. β€’ Employ and adopt PPI as a means to improve the efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Talent management, recruitment/selection, coaching, mentoring, training, development, performance management of direct reports.

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years experience in sales, preferably within a major company in the life sciences industry, with 2+ years in sales management strongly preferred. β€’ Role model sales leader with ability to develop and motivate people at all levels. β€’ Strong analytical skills: the ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and unit analysis. β€’ Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with initiative and good business judgment. β€’ Ability to travel up to 50%.
