• Handle customer inquiries and requests related to order processing • Support Account managers with updates in CRM • Review and clarify all aspects of transactions • Update CRM upon PO receipt • Manage communication with Customers/Agents • Ensure SOX, Legal and ISO compliance • Provide suggestions for improvements in processes • Act as back-up for other team members
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred • High School Diploma required • 3 yrs min. proven experience preferred • Knowledge of QAD and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable • Excellent written and verbal communication • Attention to detail and proactive follow through are critical
