β€’ Sell the IOMS products in the responsible territory to public companies, Universities, industries and related business β€’ Acquire new customers in the area of Geosciences, Forensics, Food science and related areas β€’ Collaborate closely with the EMEA IOMS Sales team β€’ Provide the financial (forecast, revenues recognition) and technical information from the field to achieve the targets β€’ Responsible to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction (CAS) β€’ Work with channel partners in the territory β€’ Achieve quarterly and annual sales plan for bookings and revenues β€’ Coordinate IOMS sales activities of the region and ensures timely and high-quality sales reporting like leads funnel, forecast, and inputs for QBR, QMI, SIOP and other internal processes β€’ Prepare and presents technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers. β€’ Identify key areas of growth potential and strategies to increase both short- and long-term growth. β€’ Follow guidelines on Global Trade Compliance β€’ Active use of SFDC to keep IOMS projects timely updated β€’ Keep channel partners updated and trained on IOMS products

Requirements

β€’ Experience and worked with Isotope Mass Spectrometers β€’ Preferably already has sales experience β€’ Ability to liaise with people at all levels in different countries (factories, sales operations, internal support functions) β€’ Ability to lead/organize meetings in English β€’ Organised with ability to prioritise workload and business/private life balance β€’ Good verbal and written communication skills in English β€’ University Degree (Masters or equivalent; Ph.D. preferred) in Geosciences or related subjects β€’ Good Product Knowledge in the market β€’ Evidence of professional presentation skills, preferable associated with scientific Publications β€’ Expected to be in range of 50% travel in the Emerging Markets territory
