Description
• Develop and implement sales training programs with minimal oversight • Collaborate with marketing, operations, commercialisation and sales teams to identify training needs • Design, implement and measure a global multiphase rapid onboarding training process for sales and sales leaders • Deliver training at international, national and regional sales meetings
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred (in Sales, Healthcare, Business, Management, Education, or Communications) • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in diagnostic, healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales industries • Minimum of 5 years of sales training development and delivery experience to a global audience • Verbal and written proficiency in English is required • Bilingual in German or French is preferred
