Requirements
• A degree is preferred but not mandatory. • Experience in sales with food manufacturers/distributors and UK retailers, ideally in the bakery/pastry/ice cream sector. • Background in product development or technical aspects of the bakery industry. • Deep understanding of customer needs. • Experience in budget management and P&L accountability.
