• Provide comprehensive support to the Head of Global Growth - Biotech Solutions,• Partner with CRG and PSG Commercial leadership to aid in the development of and drive the strategic direction across the organization,• Ensure a customized biotech offering that is most effective for integrating all business units of Thermo Fisher Scientific,• Provide consultation, direction and leadership to departments and employees to ensure commercial excellence, consistency, communication, quality, innovation and learning across the integrated offering,• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Biotech Solutions leadership team,• Drive the successful execution of key commercial objectives as well as ensuring efficient daily operations within commercial operations,• Support business development where needed to optimize total company sales and growth,• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the Commercial organization, ensuring smooth workflow, information sharing, and problem resolution,• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners,• Assist with handling the authorization approval process and assist with the reviews.

Requirements

• Experience working in a CRO is required,• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is the required minimum education; MBA or advanced degree preferred,• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job comparable to 15+ years,• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a commercial function,• Demonstrated success in a similar role that has consistently achieved measurable results,• Understanding of the Biotech/Pharma landscape, including market dynamics and competitive landscape,• Works on multiple tasks simultaneously with ability to adjust based on priority,• Intense, fast paced environment will require balance,• Strong business sense and critical thinking abilities,• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights (including strong presentation skills and ability to contribute to executive-level discourse. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence partners at all levels,• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines,• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting; ability to qualitatively and quantitatively analysis and review data,• Proficiency in using relevant software applications, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools,• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment,• Flexibility and willingness to travel to accomplish assigned goals,• Must show the ability to demonstrate the Thermo Fisher values (The Four I’s) – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
