• Minimum BSc within Life Sciences required, preferred Master or PhD • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or similar required • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus) • Demonstrated business experience of at least 5 years in sales in Life Science industry, and proven track record to strategize and achieve results • Sales attitude; strongly motivated by targets. • Works independently on daily activity in accordance with sales activity plan • Strong communicator; able to engage and influence at all levels. • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities. • Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed • Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks required • Able to adapt to a constantly evolving business environment • Substantiated capability to effectively negotiate and close business. • Ability to function effectively in a high-performance team, work in a team atmosphere and influence others to achieve results.
