• This is an opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific’s EMEA commercial organisation. • Based in South Africa within the BioProduction Group as a ‘Senior BioProduction Account Manager’ (Snr. BAM). • The Snr. BAM finds innovative ways to develop the business and generate revenue growth. • They own the business within the assigned territory supported by a team. • Introduce Thermo Fisher’s bioprocessing solutions holistically to the market. • Build sustainable relationships and develop strong partnerships.

Requirements

• 5 years commercial experience, including within the bioprocess market and encompassing direct & channel sales. • Sound knowledge of biologics PR&D and manufacturing. • Experience of complex, high-value opportunity closure via strategic sales opportunity management. • Demonstratable time management and prioritisation skills. • Experience using a CRM, updating regularly and accurately to manage the opportunity pipeline and provide insight to internal collaborators. • Proficient with standard MS Office tools. • Fluency in English.
