β€’ Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and be part of a team making a positive impact globally. β€’ Promote and sell microscopes, high content analysis instruments, multimode plate readers in France. β€’ Collaborate with the sales team in the specified territory. β€’ Achieve or exceed sales objectives, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. β€’ Provide accurate business forecasts for all products in scope. β€’ Establish solid working relationships with local sales team and lateral functions. β€’ Train, enable, and support sales representatives. β€’ Develop deep technical knowledge of assigned products and competition's products. β€’ Organize and conduct seminars and local trade shows. β€’ Maintain contact with existing customers to promote new products and close deals. β€’ Attend all required sales meetings and training sessions, implementing new skills gained.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered. β€’ Master or PhD degree is preferred. β€’ Knowledge and experience of microscopy and optics required. β€’ Spectral imaging would be a plus. β€’ Three or more years of professional selling experience highly valued. β€’ Must be flexible and willing to travel between 50%-75% in your territory. β€’ Team work is a must. β€’ Proficient in French. β€’ Experience in a large matrix organization highly appreciated. β€’ General computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. β€’ Driving license required.
