β€’ Manage and organize schedules, emails, and appointments. β€’ Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and on time. β€’ Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. β€’ Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, and taking detailed notes. β€’ Assist in maintaining databases and records accurately. β€’ Create content for YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including thumbnails, banners, and other necessary images. β€’ Assist with Zoom meetings, ensuring invitations are distributed and all technical aspects function properly. β€’ Work with a CRM system to manage and track customer interactions and data. β€’ Provide customer service support.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a relevant administrative role. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. β€’ Strong organizational and time-management abilities. β€’ Ability to work independently and remotely. β€’ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. β€’ Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. β€’ High school diploma; additional qualifications as a personal assistant are a plus. β€’ Experience in content creation for YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. β€’ Familiarity with Zoom administration and support. β€’ Experience working with a CRM system. β€’ Having the necessary setup for load shedding and a stable internet connection.
