β’ Sales reps enjoy all pre-booked appointments from a variety of traffic assets. β’ Experienced 1 or 2-call close phone salespeople needed immediately. β’ Candidates with proven sales track records will be considered. β’ Average monthly commission check across advisors is over $12,000. β’ Commission checks for top producers can regularly average $20,000+ per month. β’ Training lasts approximately one week with over 20 recorded calls access. β’ Candidates need to contribute to the team culture through humility and hard work. β’ Responsible for selling online training products and services to aspiring speakers. β’ Role requires closing business over the phone. β’ Successful candidate will help achieve company revenue growth objectives.
β’ A knack for conversation and relationships. β’ Exceptional listener with conversation control. β’ Strong relationship builder with personal motivation. β’ Passionate about the speaking industry. β’ Innately competitive with a track record of over-achieving quota. β’ Self-starter motivated to serve others. β’ Effective prioritization and time management. β’ Flexible and responsive to needs. β’ Play nice with teammates and take feedback with ease. β’ Engage in half-hour calls for 40 hours a week. β’ Ability to deliver phone presentations and overcome objections. β’ Follow a proven sales script while infusing personality. β’ Strong communication skills and ability to discover customer pains. β’ Understand The Speaker Lab's offerings. β’ Interact with technology systems for tracking calls. β’ Communicate outcomes from calls and attend feedback sessions. β’ Minimum of 2+ years sales experience preferred. β’ Phone sales experience greatly preferred.
