📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials. • Determine the best approach to new opportunities, in order to build & maintain a qualified pipeline. • Provide demos of the platform to prospective customers and create and issue proposals. • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. • Develop and implement robust sales plans to achieve sales objectives. • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights to the management team on market trends and competitive analysis. • Collaborate with the wider team to identify marketing materials and campaigns that support sales growth. • Represent TalentMapper at industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and gather market intelligence. • Engage decision-makers within target industries to pitch Talent Mapper’s offerings and secure business deals. • Manage client needs and work cross-functionally within the company to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Be a subject matter expert on TalentMapper products and services for our clients. • Ensure the capture of all key customer data and insights in our CRM tool (Monday.com).

• Proven track record of success in a business development role, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and manage partnerships strategically. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively and persuasively. • A strong network of professional contacts and an ability to tap into existing networks to generate new business.
