📋 Description
• Lead and drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across various responsibilities, including daily/weekly planning, regular operational reviews, team culture development, staff communications, and management processes. • Organize and execute all staff and leadership meetings, ensuring they are thoughtfully structured, impactful, and aligned with the organization’s priorities. • Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Team, providing guidance on operational efficiency, resource management, initiative execution, and group strategy.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • 10 years’ progressively responsible experience in a strategic and operational role within a mid-sized organization. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic initiatives at an enterprise level. • 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in roles preferably within operations, administration, healthcare, or medical service delivery sectors. • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field- Preferred
