• The Regional Sales Manager leads a team of Inside and Outside Sales Representatives • Overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities • Building and fostering client relationships • Ensuring the effective sales of Wound Pros services meet/exceed sales forecasts and goals • Acting as the face of the company and engaging with potential clients
Requirements
• Minimum of one year experience in outside sales and quotas in a healthcare setting • Spanish bilingual is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline • MBA is desirable • 6-8 years of proven sales/marketing experience in the medical device industry (or related business) • Contract management and negotiation experience required • Extensive knowledge of software sales and usage, particularly in the hospital and/or long-term care setting • Customer and Enterprise Leadership experience in ASCs preferred
