Description

β€’ We are looking for an IT Support Engineer (help desk Tier 2) for a Monday-Friday shift, providing enterprise-level assistance to customers. β€’ Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and assist with installations. β€’ Resolve network issues, configure operating systems, and use remote software for support. β€’ Contact clients and provide clear instructions and technical manuals; aim to build trust for timely solutions.

Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role (3+ years) β€’ Must possess strong troubleshooting skills related to PCs (software and hardware), Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.), printers, scanners, analog fax, email, etc. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills β€’ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal β€’ AS or greater degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field β€’ A+, Network +, Microsoft Certification or related technical certification a plus β€’ MSP experience preferred β€’ Good written and oral communication skills β€’ DENTAL IT SUPPORT experience highly desired
