Description

• Conduct 1-on-1 video planning sessions with users to explain math problems, evaluate students' math learning ability, and effectively communicate with parents to increase course enrollment. • Manage the entire user journey from initial contact to course conversion, ensuring a smooth transition for users from engagement to course enrollment. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing efficient and high-quality service. • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback, continuously optimizing course content and service quality. • Demonstrate professional teaching expertise and patience to represent and uphold the professional image of our company and teachers. • Collaborate with the team on curriculum development and design, ensuring the scientific and systematic nature of the course content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above • Educational background in a relevant field, such as education or mathematics education, with strong mathematical skills. • Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering new knowledge and skills. • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality, able to establish good interactions with clients. • High sense of responsibility, able to identify user needs and provide personalized service solutions. • Willingness to start work early in the morning and maintain punctuality in daily work. • Together, we offer a clear path for advancement and future growth, seeking a goal-getter who is ready to seize opportunities. • Bilingual in Mandarin is required
