📋 Description
• Remote position for Energy Storage Asset O&M Director. • Oversee field based O&M functions for utility-scale battery storage assets. • Develop and implement operations and maintenance strategies. • Drive asset optimization and troubleshooting initiatives. • Manage relationships with 3rd party contractors and vendors. • Work with executive stakeholders on operations and management.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or similar. • 10+ years of O&M renewable energy experience focused on asset management. • Proven track record in field operational asset management leadership roles. • Experience with energy storage, BESS, or battery storage O&M providers and OEM equipment manufacturers. • Ability to lead asset O&M OSHA, ISO/RTO, and NERC compliance initiatives required. • Candidates with experience in renewable, utility, or clean energy companies are ideal.
