• Responsible for delivering training programs, tools and resources to support Corporate sales teams. • Provide subject matter expertise in sales efficiency, program effectiveness, and communication. • Support onboarding, large program support, sales solution selling, and other programs. • Execute and deliver strategies that align with the sales goals. • Conduct assessment to measure effectiveness of the sale process. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve sales processes.
• 3+ years experience in Sales required. • Experience in sales process and understanding the customer journey. • Strong experience managing Onboarding programs, processes, and facilitation. • Strong project management skills. • Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create and tell a story using data. • Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task. • Established analytical and project management ability. • Creative problem-solving skills. • Highly collaborative individual with proven ability to work well in a complex matrix environment. • Ability to take ownership and drive towards specified goals. • Very strong communication skills (written, orally, listening and presentation skills). • Ability to build relationships and network with varied stakeholders. • Flexibility in adjusting to new, different and changing business requirements and decisions. • Ability to challenge the status quo.
