• Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of strategic partnerships • Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) • Develop strategies for managing a diverse group of partners • Address challenges arising from partner engagement • Work with Training to establish knowledge materials • Ensure effective communication of product strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management • 8+ years of global industry experience in software/SaaS companies • Experience managing a team • Proven track record in driving sales through partnerships • Deep understanding of AI and software technology landscape • Expert in business case and financial modeling skills • Ability to navigate and perform in dynamic environments • Experience working with global systems integrators and accounting firms • Strong C-suite engagement skills • Expert technology acumen • Proven success in leading strategic negotiations • Strategic account planning skills • Excellent communication and time management skills • Relationship building and influencing skills • Entrepreneurial spirit • Ability to thrive amidst ambiguity
