• Responsible for managing the Commercial Business in the Corporates Segment • Develop and execute sales and retention strategies • Build a highly efficient and productive account management team • Drive performance with marketing and partnerships • Work with internal stakeholders for product enhancements • Recruit, onboard, and develop high performing account management teams • Establish mechanisms to track and evaluate sales pipeline performance • Set targets and KPIs tied to effective quotas/incentive structures • Continually assess and validate strategy and process

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive sales or account management leadership experience • Proven record in recruiting and leading successful sales and retention teams • Strong knowledge of industry, Thomson Reuters products, and competitors • Deep customer insights on content and workflow needs • Ability to manage day-to-day team performance • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving operational excellence • Distinctive problem-solving and change management capabilities • Exceptional ability to communicate with excellence
