Description

• Support analyzing existing vendor contracts, performance, and costs • Optimize and consolidate vendor relationships • Collaborate extensively with Business Units, Centers of Excellence, and Legal departments • Analyze financial performance data • Develop strategies to optimize the vendor base • Identify and evaluate potential new vendors and partners • Negotiate and draft new vendor contracts • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners • Prepare detailed reports on vendor performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance, healthcare related field, English, or Journalism • 7+ years in management consulting • 3+ years in healthcare • MBA preferred • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member
