Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA helpful • 7+ years of proven sales success in biotech or related industry; hospital/diagnostic sales preferred • 4+ years of experience as a key account or strategic account manager • Advanced knowledge of healthcare/hospital and patient-care industry. • Advanced knowledge of hospital and healthcare system reimbursement structures. • Well developed organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong project management skills. • Ability to tailor communication and understand different needs of decision makers. • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics. • Valid driver's license and driving record that meets criteria.
