Description

β€’ The National Accounts Manager will have direct responsibility for managing accounts to drive business growth through strategic planning and strong customer engagement. β€’ Focus on medium to long-term planning and face-to-face selling across flow control, transport, service, and repair products. β€’ Coordinate strategic initiatives between national account leadership and the internal sales team for market deployment. β€’ Develop annual incentive programs for national accounts that align with corporate objectives and drive for mutual results. β€’ Facilitate national account promotions and annual shows/meetings. β€’ Identify and manage interactions with a defined group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities. β€’ Develop client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts. β€’ Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years sales experience in the Wholesale Channel; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. β€’ Familiarity with the plumbing industry and products β€’ Experience at a national or regional level supporting a centralized network distributor β€’ Experience selling into Appliance and International Markets
